Returns
Euro Tile & Stone will accept product returns minus a 20% restocking fee where the following conditions have been met:
- All returns must be accompanied with the original order and/or invoice.
- All materials must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns are NOT accepted on sale merchandise, discontinued or special order products.
- Returns are NOT accepted on sealers, cleaners or any setting materials such as grout, glue and mortars.
- Only returns of full, sealed boxes, in good condition, will be accepted.
